Groups come by often to serve at the Mission. There are many and various opportunities for groups to become involved.We have projects for kids, students, and adults. We need projects that require little to no skills to expert work.
12 months of Volunteers
Volunteers are essential to the Mission's work. We could not do the things we do without the community of volunteers that get things done around here.
Group Example Spotlights
Zealhouse Church
Zealhouse Church organized the outdoor painting of the Mission. This was a very big task but they took it on. They did an amazing job too!

Zealhouse Church also rebuilt the emergency stairs. This also wa a very big project.

FOHC and SHSU
Pictured here is a FOHC church member and a couple of SHSU baseball team members. The teamed up to put a fresh coat of paint on some shelving and a couple of walls in the receiving area of the food bank.

The Lions' Club
The Lions' club paired-up and organized over 100 pairs of shoes for the thrift store.
We have projects for kids, students, and adults. We need projects that require little to no skills to expert work.

SHSU Baseball Team
The SHSU Baseball team came out and cleared five feet of weeds and brush away from a fence line.

Removing Old Fence Posts
The guys dug up old 4x4 fence posts.

Food Drives
Holding a food drive is a great way to help. Pictured right is the food a group of children brought to a Vacation Bible School.
