Clothing

The Good Shepherd Mission Thrift Store is open Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm. The store is across the street from the main building. Clients that are in need are able to receive limited, free clothing once a month.

Affordable clothing, accessories, household goods, furniture, and other items are available for purchase. All the proceeds go directly toward operating not only the thrift store for the community, but it provides a small portion of the financial needs of the Good Shepherd Mission.

The Thrift Store items are donated by our generous donors. A big thank you to them.

Thrift Store Application Requirements

  1. One must provide a government, photo ID with a Walker County address OR a Social Security card AND a Walker County utility bill with their name on it.
  2. One must present Social Security cards OR birth certificates OR government IDs for all dependents under their care.
  3. We may require additional information after the review of one's application.
  4. One can fill out our application at the Mission located at 1005 Martin Luther King Dr, Huntsville, TX 77320.
