Services
Counseling services are provided by a masters level clinician working toward licensure as a a licensed professional counselor. Masters level clinicians are supervised by a fully licensed professional counselor.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a process in which a client and counselor work together in a one to one relationship to identify and set goals for mental health wellness.
Group Counseling
Group counseling is a form of counseling in which one or more counselors meet with several persons to identify, relate, and explore presenting issues. Groups can be open or closed, meaning a person can join at any time for an open group whereas the members of the closed group are consistent for each meeting.
Substance Use Counseling
Substance use counseling involves working with a person who is struggling with a chemical dependency on alcohol or drugs.
